Premium Inboxes is a done-for-you reseller of official Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 business inboxes built for cold email. You bring your own domains; they configure DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), set up the accounts, and upload them into your sequencer (Smartlead, Instantly, and others they list).

Who it’s for

Agencies and GTM teams scaling cold email who want official Google/Microsoft infrastructure without doing the DNS and sequencer setup themselves.

  • Fits the “don’t DIY DNS at volume” lane: BYOD, human-verified authentication, accounts pushed into Smartlead/Instantly.
  • Diversification across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is the point for risk, not a nice-to-have.

Where it fits in a cold-email stack

Domains (Porkbun / Cloudflare / etc.) → Premium Inboxes (mailboxes + auth + sequencer upload) → Sequencer (Smartlead / Instantly / …) → Warm-up → Send.

It is infrastructure, not a sequencer and not a domain registrar. Domains are not included.

Watch-outs

  • You still own domain reputation and sending discipline; DFY setup does not fix bad lists or aggressive volume.
  • Pricing is per inbox per month; costs scale with inbox count.
  • ECC (Email Control Centre) is a separate ops tier at $7,500/mo and does not include inboxes — different product for teams that want managed deliverability ops.

Google and Microsoft options, billed monthly or annually (they say annual saves 20%). Monthly per-inbox prices as displayed:

  • Start Up — 1–249 inboxes — $3.50/mo per inbox
  • Growth — 250–1,249 inboxes — $3.00/mo per inbox (their “Most Popular”)
  • Enterprise — 1,250+ inboxes — $2.80/mo per inbox
  • Email Control Centre (ECC) — $7,500/mo — inboxes not included; by application

They also list no monthly commitment (Start Up / Growth), unlimited replacement inboxes, sequencer upload, and a real-time dashboard, and they say delivery takes under 6 hours. They say they have a 4.9/5 rating from 440+ reviews (citing Trustpilot), 2,000+ customers, and 250,000+ inboxes in circulation. These are their claims; we have not independently checked them.
